A Bridgeport man has been accused of making a heroin delivery to a East Side motel last week.
Capt. Richard Conklin said Narcotics and Organized Crime squad officers were alerted to a heroin delivery that was going to be made at the Red Carpet Inn by a middle-aged heavyset man driving a maroon minivan.
